1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CyberBits ("the Service"), operated by MiliqBits ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CyberBits is a cloud-based cybersecurity platform that provides security tools, vulnerability scanning, AI-powered analysis, and isolated cloud environments for authorized security testing and research purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing a valid email address for verification and communications

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use CyberBits only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Service to attack, scan, or test systems without explicit written authorization from the system owner
• Engage in any illegal hacking, unauthorized access, or data theft
• Use the Service to distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious software
• Attempt to bypass security controls, access other users' environments, or escalate privileges
• Use the Service for denial-of-service attacks or spam
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your environment
• Store illegal content in your cloud environment

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free accounts have limited features and storage as described on our pricing page
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed via Binance Pay (cryptocurrency) or other supported payment methods
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each user's cloud environment is isolated, and we do not access your data except as required for service operation or legal compliance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by MiliqBits. Third-party tools (Nmap, Metasploit, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses. You retain ownership of data you create within your environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches of your targets, or legal consequences of your actions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your cloud environment and data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
