Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about CyberBits

🚀 Getting Started

What is CyberBits?
CyberBits is a mobile-first penetration testing and reverse engineering platform. It gives you access to 40+ professional security tools — including Nmap, Metasploit, Ghidra, Burp Suite, and AI-powered agents — all from your phone or tablet, backed by a dedicated Kali Linux environment in the cloud.
How do I get started?
Simply create an account, choose a subscription plan, and download the Android app from our downloads page. You'll get instant access to your own isolated Kali Linux environment with all tools pre-installed.
Do I need to install Kali Linux on my device?
No! CyberBits runs everything in the cloud. Each user gets a dedicated Docker container with a full Kali Linux desktop accessible via VNC. All tools run server-side — your phone just needs the CyberBits app or a web browser.

💰 Plans & Billing

What plans are available?
We offer four tiers: Free (2GB storage, basic tools), Basic ($9.99/mo — 10GB, dedicated VNC, full tools), Pro ($24.99/mo — 30GB, AI agents, cloud models), and Enterprise ($49.99/mo — 50GB, multiple sessions, API access). See our pricing page for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency payments via Binance Pay (USDT, BNB, BTC, ETH) and traditional card payments via Stripe. You can manage your payment method from your profile settings.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier and your data is preserved for 30 days.

🔒 Security & Privacy

Is my data isolated from other users?
Absolutely. Each user gets a dedicated Docker container with full namespace isolation, separate network, filesystem, and process space. Containers use read-only shared tool binaries but have completely isolated home directories and user data. Cross-container communication is blocked at the network level.
Is CyberBits legal to use?
CyberBits provides security tools for authorized penetration testing, security research, and educational purposes. You must only use these tools on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized access to computer systems is illegal. Please review our Terms of Service.

Can I access the remote desktop from a browser?
